Intense aroma, soft texture, rich and creamy flavour but not invasive.

Un Roquefort extraordinario, cremoso, con un sutil sabor a la leche de oveja (oveja Lacaune).
Es tan tentador que es difícil no consumirlo de inmediato.
Es de los quesos que intento tener siempre en mi nevera.

Nous avons noté que le dernier roquefort livré avait moins de bleu roqueforti.
Est-ce un hasard ou doit-on les demander un peu plus bleu lors de la commande tt simplement?

Nous sommes la Famille Bernat. Nous sommes dans la zone de production du fameux fromage Roquefort dans le sud-Aveyron. Nous vendons notre Roquefort Haut de Gamme, La Pastourelle qui a reçu en 2019 la médaille d'or au Salon de l' Agriculture de Paris. Nous pratiquons la vente directe aux particuliers en France et en Espagne.
