Hola
Como su compra incluía productos que necesitan frío, tuvimos que dividirla en dos envíos distintos para garantizar que no se rompiera la cadena térmica. Los refrigerados viajaron con SEUR Frío (la caja que recibiste primero) y el resto con otra agencia.
Al dividir el pedido, le enviamos dos correos electrónicos separados, cada uno con su propio número de seguimiento para que pudiera hacer el seguimiento y lo que iba en cada envió y según nos consta lo dos fueron entregados el mismo día pero a distintas horas, eso si.
Lamentamos mucho este contratiempo logístico y esperamos que los productos sean de su agrado.
