Me enviaron un boceto inicial que me gustó, pero el producto final no refleja exactamente lo que aprobé. Hay diferencias notables entre lo que vi en el diseño y la figura que recibí. Cuando comenté esto, no me ofrecieron soluciones satisfactorias. Es dinero invertido esperando un resultado específico que no se cumplió del todo.

Hemos encargado nueve figuras para una comunión y solo puedo decir que todo ha sido fenomenal. La figura y caja es perfecta, según el diseño que fuimos eligiendo en las distintas fases. Todo con perfecta comunicación y cumplimiento el plazo que habíamos pedido, incluso antes. Por eso recomiendo al 100x100 el encargo de las figuras, que seguro que repetimos.

La página es fácil de entender e intuitiva, la posibilidad de añadir mascotas al funko está muy bien. Tanto la atención al cliente como el servicio son buenos, hay ciertas cosas a mejorar, pero muy recomendable.

Ha sido todo un descubrimiento! No ha podido ser mejor! El trato ha sido genial, contacto en todo momento informando de los avances para dar el visto bueno y continuar con las fases. Contactan contigo rápidamente por whatsapp y te van explicando, paso por paso, el proceso de creación. Te enseñan el modelo por si quieres introducir algún cambio, y también en la fase de pintarlo a color. Yo pedí una pequeña modificación y quedó perfecta. La verdad es que estoy muy contenta con el resultado final y el trato recibido.
