He realizado el pedido de tres funkos, y la verdad es que desde el minuto uno me ha gustado todo, como te van informando del avance, como te piden información para que se consiga el mejor acabado, lo que claros que son con el tema presupuesto y por supuesto el acabado final! No dudaré en volver a ellos si quiero regalar algo así.

Encargué unos Funkos personalizados y te tienen informado durante todo el proceso, te envían bocetos para que quede todo a tu gusto y todo lo que le pides que esté en su mano, lo hacen. También hay que colaborar un poco con ellos y especificar bien qué quieres y cómo lo quieres. El resultado final es espectacular.

Los funkos han quedado genial. Además durante el proceso hicimos algunos cambios y no pusieron ningún problema. En cada paso del proceso nos han mantenido al tanto para poder comprobar todo.
Así que sin duda repetiremos con ellos. Un trabajo impecable.

Pedí un funko personalizado para regalo y nos encantó tanto a mí como al destinatario del regalo.
Muy atentos y comprensibles, siempre pidiendo información y fotos, y con opción de ir modificando para hacerlo lo más real posible. Conversación continua para que todo salga perfecto.
Sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo y volveré a hacer futuras compras aquí.

La experiencia ha sido bastante buena. La comunicación ha sido dinamica, ya que con cada cambio que han realizado, cuando avanzaban o con cualquier duda se comunicaron conmigo. Puse la fecha de entrega para mucho mas adelante y lo he recibido hoy super rapido, asi que genial! Se ve que el material y la elaboración es buena. La unica pega que pondría es que veo un poco excesivo el precio, pero por lo demas muy contenta.

Experiencia 100% recomendada. Estas al día en la evolución del funko pudiendo cambiar en todo momento detalles si no te gustan. Una atención al cliente increíble y muy cercana. Y respecto al trabajo final ha quedado mejor de lo que esperaba. En definitiva, son perfectos y volveré a pedir más veces como súper regalo para cualquier persona.

La verdad no tengo queja, una atención súper amable y atenta a cualquier cosa que haya que cambiar. Igual el contacto un tarda un poco pero siempre lo hacen con la mejor profesionalidad posible.
