Hicimos el pedido el 2 de agosto para nuestra boda. Antes de pedirlo contacté para asegurarme de que llegaría a tiempo y me confirmaron que sí. Lamentablemente no fue así y nos quedamos sin los funkos para ese día tan especial. Una pena porque teníamos mucha ilusión puesta en ellos.

Núria, nos sentimos muy defraudados que te sientas así, porque en todo momento hemos estado en comunicación contigo. Al final te llegó el funko, para nosotros una estafa como hacen otras empresas es cobrar algo y no enviarlo.
Te explicamos todo el problema que ha ocurrido con sus figuras.
El pelo era algo complejo de hacer con degradados que normalmente no aceptamos ese tipo de pelos pero decidimos aceptarlo en su caso, por un descuido de ultima hora el pelo no salió del todo bien y nos hacemos responsables de eso,
Te ofrecimos soluciones como pasar a recogerlo y volverlo a hacer ya que otra cosa no podíamos hacer.
Siempre ofrecemos soluciones para todo y damos la cara a nuestros clientes.

Sentimos mucho los inconvenientes, somos humanos y tenemos fallos, lo importante es reconocerlos y intentar mejorar día a día. Un saludo.

La atención ha sido fabulosa desde el primer momento. Han ido informándome de todo el proceso paso a paso y retocando y modificando los detalles a mi gusto. Tenía un poco de miedo al resultado ya que había tenido una mala experiencia con otra empresa y ha superado totalmente mis expectativas. El resultado precioso y la niña al fin encantada con su funko. El tiempo de entrega fué el acordado,incluso llegó un par de días antes de la fecha.
