La atención ha sido impecable desde el primer momento. Los envíos de los diseños, todos los cambios que puedes aplicar, te pasan foto de todo para que tengas constancia de cómo va avanzando en diseños y antes de barnizar el producto. La recepción ha sido incluso antes de la fecha que yo puse estimada y ha llegado en condiciones perfectas, súper bien empaquetado e incluso con funda protectora, que no sabía que incluia. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas.

La experiencia de trabajar con ellos fue muy buena. Te asesoran sobre todas las posibilidades disponibles. Te van actualizando temporalmente de cada una de las fases del diseño y están abiertos a cualquier modificación que el cliente considere oportuna a lo largo del proceso. El resultado final fue estupendo, de muy buena calidad y con los detalles bien cuidados. También el envío, todos bien protegido para evitar posibles daños durante el transporte. 100% recomendables.

Estoy encantada con el servicio y el resultado final. El funko no puede ser más bonito, con los acabados y detalles bien realizados. Durante el proceso te van informando en qué estado se encuentra y llegó una semana antes de lo esperado. Sin duda, repetiré seguro!

En cuanto hice el pedido se pusieron en contacto para explicar cómo sería el proceso, se te informa de cada paso y te mandan fotos del prototipo pudiendo hacer los cambios que necesites para que quede a tu gusto. El detalle de la caja es genial. Vino superbien protegido. Encuanto a los plazos de entrega, se ajustan al que selecciones en el momento del pedido. Encantada con el resultado.
