Pues aún no puedo opinar nada ,del producto , con el transporte y con la atención recibida muy muy descontenta ,puesto q me dijeron q el pedido estaría en mi casa el día 4/12/2023 y aún no me ha llegado nada y nadie puede decirme nada , es vergonzoso y les hice muchísimo hincapié de q lo necesitaba el día cuatro,puesto q era un regalo y hoy era su cumpleaños ,muy muy muy disgustada , no volvere a utilizar está página 😔😔😔😔😔, puesto q nadie ha sabido darme una soluciin ,ni ninguna invitación de mi pedido , ahora solo espero q llegue ya q he pagado casi 500€ es lamentable

Me llegó una guitarra, vendida como nueva en web, con algún elemento cambiado (diferente al de catálogo), sin documentación de la misma y con aspecto de no haber estado muy atendida. Escribí interesándome por el asunto, para obtener al menos, una explicación satisfactoria y no he obtenido respuesta alguna.

Sorprendido en positivo con esta tienda.

Compré un amplificador Fender Princeton 64 Custom Hand Wired a un precio mejor que en tiendas de fuera de España.

El envío no fue rápido, fue supersónico. Menos de 24 hoas después de mi compra lo tenía en casa. Para los que esperamos con ansiedad, este punto es impresionante.

El ampi no me convenció. Sonaba muy bien, pero no era lo que yo buscaba. Culpa mía. Les envié el ampli de vuelta igual de bien embalado que vino y al día siguiente de recibirlo me devolvieron el dinero sin preguntas.

Esto se llama servicio y confianza en que trabajan bien. No puedo darles menos de 5 estrellas.

Sin duda repetiré.

Me encantó, creo que en relación calidad precio ha sido una buena decisión comprarla. Lo único es que viene con la Selleta muy alta y en consecuencia las cuerdas quedan muy altas, pero solo es cuestión de medir y lijar la Selle ta hasta darle la altura correcta o al gusto de cada uno.
