Pues han perdido un cliente. Lo han perdido por su falta de comunicación y poca cortesía. De las personas que hablé por teléfono todas tenían un tono y un desdén que considero que no es propio para tratar a un cliente. A los dos minutos de conversación ya entendí que no me iban a ayudar. Llevo varias compras en esta tienda y nunca he tenido problemas, hasta que he tenido que devolver un producto. Os recomiendo que os leáis la política de devolución y busquéis una pequeña palabra que pone "aquí". Está escondida pero ahí es donde están las situaciones especiales a la hora de devolver productos. En mi caso era un pedal de guitarra Boss que el firmware venía desactualizado, así que tuve que registrarlo para descargar el software, según ellos eso es motivo para no poder realizar la devolución. Nunca he tenido problemas en este aspecto con Thomann, Madrid hifi, Alfasoni, Pronorte. Según ellos es problema de la marca. No me lo creo. Han cogido mi dinero una vez, no me volverá a pasar. Hasta siempre Multison.
