Es una vergüenza. El arco llegó el día 1/09 y el 8/09 se rompió. He hablado con dos de sus comerciales: Cristian y Miguel Ángel. Este último "sugiere" que se ha roto por ejercer una tensión elevada y me recomienda que sea YO quien lo envíe al proveedor. Como comprenderán yo no tengo que ponerme en contacto con ningún proveedor puesto que son ustedes los intermediarios. Como le dije a su comercial, tienen ustedes 2 opciones: mandar un nuevo arco o reembolsar el dinero que les pagué por él.
Como ya le mandé las fotos a su comercial, no voy a subirlas de nuevo.
Respecto al bono de 5€, pueden ustedes hacer con él lo que les plazca.
Es evidente que mi opinión sobre sus servicios es pésima y estoy tremendamente decepcionada.
