Como siempre los soportes hercules una buena elección.
Cuando se lo indico por whatsapp, me dicen que vale igual, que "haga la transferencia, el envío y ya está, arreglado!". Le adjunto imagen de precios en su propia web y me dice que estará mal en la web. Todavía figura el mismo precio, por cierto.
Como me urgía y la diferencia no era mucha, he pagado. Pero no me parece un trato correcto al cliente.
No volveré a comprar aquí.
Aunque en el cambio del producto, a petición mía, por otro, no indicaron el nuevo producto adquirido en la nueva factura. Sólo pusieron los costes de envío, y no descontaron la diferencia de precio de los productos.
Dijeron que valían igual, a pesar de mostrarles la diferencia de precio en su web. Contestaron que sería un error del precio en la web, cuando aún sigue apareciendo el mismo precio.
