Una de las palas partidas y la cubierta del motor rota.
Es una lástima que el ventilador vaya sin corchos protectores en la caja, ya que es muy fácil que sufra daños durante el transporte.
Me lo cambiaron sin ningún problema. La segunda unidad llegó en buenas condiciones, pero a los poco días de uso, dejó de funcionar (Se escuchó y se vio como se fundía la placa base).
Tras ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente, solicité la devolución y el reembolso. Me dijeron que vendrían ayer a por el ventilador, sin embargo, la agencia de reparto no apareció. Hoy de momento tampoco han aparecido.
En general, estoy contenta con la atención recibida, aunque no volvería a comprar nada de la marca, debido a todos los problemas que he tenido.
Espero que vengan pronto a por el ventilador y no me pongan problemas con el reembolso.
