Muy rápidos y diligentes, el transportista me acercó el pesado bulto aunque no tenía obligación de hacerlo. Fácil y rápido montaje. La mesa se adecúa a las fotografías aunque hecho en falta unas fotos más tomadas de la realidad, pero igualmente se corresponde y se ve de buen material. Atención telefónica activa, me llamaron cuando pregunté una cuestión. Muy recomendable.

Teníamos prisa porque nos llegara antes de una fecha e ibamos justos. Muy atentamente se pusieron manos a la obra, informando bien de los pasos que daban, y sí, llegó todo a tiempo. Muy recomendables.

El pedido llegó en tres días laborables desde la compra y la tienda fue enviando diferentes notificaciones con todos los pasos del proceso, desde la confirmación de compra hasta el envío. El transportista llamó unas horas antes para confirmar si había alguien en la dirección de destino. Todo perfecto.

Mesa de buena calidad. Tal cual la descripción. Montaje muy sencillo. El tablero y su estructura viene ya montado y solo falta fijar las patas mediante los tornillos correspondientes. Muy contento con esta compra. Recomendable por calidad y por precio.

Me equivoqué en la medidas. Las normas de devolución son demasiado estrictas: Exige llamar a la empresa en 24 horas después de recibir el pedido. Eso, en general, no es posible porque no siempre viene bien ese día montar el mueble. Nosotros esperamos hasta el fin de semana y fue cuando vimos que las medidas no eran las correctas pero no había nada que hacer ya.

En nuestra política está recogido que, ante un desperfecto o cualquier otra cosa que surja, debe contactar en 24 horas con nuestro departamento de logística. Eso no influye en que monte el mueble, si no, en que se revise la mercancía a su llegada. Si fue un error suyo, imaginamos que el departamento que le atendió, le daría la respuesta que estipulan nuestra normas, recogidas en la web. Saludos cordiales.
