La atención bien y el envio no también, (no me pueden decir que la entrega entre las 9 y 20 Horas).un espacio de tiempo muy grande.De hecho vinieron a las 10:30 (según la nota que tenia en el buzon).Lo fui a recoger a la oficina de MRW, ellos ya no me lo llevaban a casa.
Conclusión; Un margen de 11Horas me parece excesivo,para la entrega,Yo también trabajo.

Buen producto y buen servicio. Por sugerir alguna mejora, los gastos de envíos podrían ser en función del peso o algo, no siempre la misma tarifa multiplicada por el nº de artículos.

Gustavo, comentarle que los gastos de envío son en función de peso, para ser exactos, bultos de 20kg. Podrá corroborar que si elige 1 bag in box por ejemplo, el transporte le costaría 7.56 y si añade una caja de primeros días de cosecha, el porte no se incrementa, ya que lo envolveríamos en un solo paquete.
