Sonia, siento la tardanza, te pido disculpas de nuevo, como le comenté por teléfono el transportista ha cruzado dos envíos, nos dimos cuenta cuando el otro afectado nos llamó diciendo que había recibido su pedido. Entonces llamamos a mrw para solucionarlo y la solución fue reenviar el suyo (que estaba ya en su oficina de destino) al cliente que recibió su Aceite y retirarle su pedido para enviárselo a usted. Siento que usted haya sido la más perjudicada. El transporte no depende de nosotros, aunque el 99% de los casos es excepcional, pero si la atención al cliente la cual creo que no se merece esa mala puntuación. Esperemos que su próxima compra, si el sabor de nuestro producto le hace olvidar el mal trago del envío, sea más satisfactoria. Saludos y gracias por confiar en nosotros.

llevo con Olivar de plata desde el principio, pido todos los años 1 o 2 veces y no he vuelto a usar otro aceite, para mi es el mejor, así como la atención de Diego Y Miguel, que cuando he tenido algún problemilla me lo han solucionado al instante y con un trato exquisito

Excelente. Eficaz y rápida entrega y con la calidad que avala el producto.
Hemos recurrido a la venta por internet al ser imposible comprar directamente como hacíamos hasta el año pasado.
Por favor avísennos cuando este ya en comercialización aceite de la próxima campaña.
