No soy catador de aceites, ni entendido en la materia, pero después de haber probado varios aceites gourmet, los cuales estaban llenos de premios, este es el mejor aceite que he probado jamás, independientemente de los tipos de aceite distintos por el tipo de oliva. Esta lleno de matices, muy distintos en el tiempo que se degusta. Da la sensación de tomarse un zumo recién exprimido de oliva. Su color es excepcional. Un gran regalo para quien lo recibe y para el paladar. La botella va muy acorde a la calidad del aceite.
