Mala atención , cogen el tlf cuando quieren “ si es que lo cogen” y te contestan whats si les da la gana. Haces pedidos en la web pone que hay stock y no lo hay ,y lo cobran rapidito y pasan y pasan los días y no hay señal de vida de ellos hasta k llamas y llamas y te enteras k no hay stock PERO NO OS MOLESTÁIS NI EN AVISARNOS pra que nos dé tiempo de pensar un plan b y más sabiendo que son cosas para eventos! Les pides la cancelación y te lo hacen y el dinero te lo devuelven cuando ellos quieren aún habiéndolo pagado por tarjeta y la devolución debería ser ISOFACTA! Pero eso que política de empresa es?? Desde luego así muchos clientes no tendréis
Pongo 1 Estrella porque no deja poner -10 Estrellas! Es vergonzoso vergonzoso espero que la gente lo lea y no os compre antes de comprobar que hay stock! Porwue no hay manera que nos devolváis el dinero a los clientes!!!
