La entrega no fue en 24/48 horas como indican en su web, entiendo que al ser un transporte refrigerado tarde más, pero deberían especificarlo bien en la web para que así el cliente decida si lo pide o no. Al final tardo en llegar 5 días y encima después de esperar tanto llego sin el queso por error del almacén que se les olvido meterlo. Y encima de reconocer el error todavía tuve que esperar dos días a que la persona responsable diera el ok para reembolsar el importe por el valor del queso. La verdad es que las gestiones han sido muy malas, no se si volveré hacer un pedido.

Buenas tardes Miriam, muchas gracias por su comentario, cómo le comentamos y tenemos indicado perfectamente en nuestra web, los tiempos de entrega para transporte refrigerado son de 2 a 4 días ( desde que sale de nuestro almacén) su pedido salió de nuestras instalaciones al día siguiente de hacer usted el pedido, y los 4 días de tránsito de transporte refrigerado son los 5 días en los que usted lo recibió, le pedimos disculpas por el error que tuvo mi compañero al hacer el estuche ( que le quedó preparado a falta del queso que esta en nuestra cámara frigorífica, para meterlo cuando llegara la agencia del transporte refrigerado, y así conservar el queso en todo momento en frío por las altas temperaturas del verano que hace en el almacén, y cuando llego el repartidor a recogerlo se le olvidó meter el queso que le reembolsamos) disculpe las molestias, un saludo
