Enviaron un producto que no era el solicitado por falta de stock (eso me dijeron por teléfono al indicarme que tardaría una semana en recibir el correcto) y la tarjetas adicionales con tamaño incorrecto y mal rematadas.
Entregué los productos erróneos antes de recibir los nuevos, no a la vez, como hacen otras empresas, lo cual me creó inseguridad. Afortunadamente, todo bien.
Al hacer el pedido de tarjetas, si seleccionas más de 24, pero son individuales y no packs preparados, se cobran las tarjetas. Debería corregirse para evitar errores y malestar al cliente.
