He tenido el problema con el mensaje del estuche y aunque me he puesto en contacto con ellos, no me han mandado una caja nueva porque los portes les cuestan 4€. Tienen una mala opinión por ahorrarse 4 euros de nada y tener en cuenta el cliente. Su página está mal configurada y por lo tanto lleva a equívocos.

Buenos días, el producto que ha comprado y recibido es totalmente igual que aparece en la imagen y descripción del producto. De hecho ese producto que ha comprado lo hemos vendido en cientos de ocasiones sin manifestar el problema que usted comenta.

Entendemos que no sepa usted comprar en internet. El producto que ha comprado no tiene opción de elegir frase, otra cosa es que usted ejecute pasos en nuestra página que no son posibles y es por ello que no nos podemos hacer responsables de cosas ilógicas que usted proponía, para gente que no sabe comprar en tiendas online, tenemos un servicio de atención al cliente por teléfono, email, chat y whatsapp para resolver las dudas de los clientes.

Por lo que creemos que su opinión es sencillamente para dañar la reputación de esta empresa, la cual cuenta con muchos clientes que confían en nosotros.
