La atención telefónica excelente. La respuesta a un problema, con total amabilidad y rápida respuesta.
De un pedido de 13 uds me enviaron 12. Reclamé y me atendieron excelentemente, pero me apareció super cutre, que después del disgusto y molestias, me enviasen una sola unidad, sin tener un mísero detalle. Eso sí, de un día para otro. Pero creo que ese gesto habla por sí solo.

La jalea real es de calidad y de verdad que me ha ido muy bien. Recomiendo este producto a cualquiera que necesite un aporte extra de energía.
El transporte con MRW no fue tan bueno, las cucharitas venían rotas y la entrega fue un poco desastre... entiendo que por la zona de reparto.
