EL envío tiene un "2" porque en la web pone 24/48 horas entrega y tardo mas de una semana, puede que lo entendí yo mal, y todas las personas a las que les enseñé vuestra web también...
La atención al cliente un "1" pues llamé para preguntar por mi pedido y se me respondió muy taxativamente que tenía que ponerme en contacto con los repartidores, yo, el que paga el producto y el ENVÍO, un poco de cortesía hacía el cliente no hubiera estado mal.

El producto buenisimo como años anteriores PERO pedí como favor que las cestas fueran de distintos colores y no se me hizo caso
