El envío bastantes rápido, pero los botes estan la mayoria con golpes en la tapa y además la miel estaba cristalizada del frío.
La persona que me atendrió por teléfono muy mal educado y no supo tratar bien la situación.
No es normal que para devolver los botes que estaban en un estado diferente del que deberían estar (sin cristalizar) se tenga que hacer cargo de los gastos de envío el cliente.
