Llamando a Servicio al Cliente se me aseguró una fecha de entrega con un margen de 3 días antes de las vacaciones de Navidad, el último día llamé varias veces y usé también el chat para averiguar lo que había pasado, y cuando lograron encontrar el pedido, me informaron que ya iba a llegar una semana más tarde, y que la culpa de ello tenía la empresa repartidora, que tenía mucho que hacer...las cestas siguen esperando que vuelva el personal de vacaciones. Espero que no haya ningún producto que necesite refrigeración.

Los artículos de cosmética me han encantado. Tuve que devolver parte de la compra por cambio de regalos, y aunque tuve que estar un poco pendiente, recibí buena atención al cliente.
