Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, nosotros le enviamos miel de encina como indica en la etiqueta roja que viene en el precinto del bote de miel, hablamos con el fabricante para verificarlos y nos indicó que si era miel de encina, sentimos que no cumpliera con sus expectativas el producto.

Realicé un pedido de un lote de miel con un valor de 150€ y cual fue mi sorpresa que la miel de encina que pedí, no corresponde ni el color, ni el sabor, ni el olor. Me puse en contacto con el numero de la tienda y no me ayudaron a resolver el problema. Le envié fotos, a parte de la carencia del nº de lote , por lo que bastante decepcionado.
Os dejo mi teléfono por si me queréis llamar y hablar del tema.

Muy contento con la rapidez de gestion del producto incluso siendo personalizado y del trato dado si hay algun problema enseguida se ponen en contacto y se resuelve.

Pedido de minibotellas FREIXENET para regalo en un evento. De 33 botellas que pedimos, al cabo de unos días me llegaron 9...me informaron que el repartidor había roto el resto pero que sin problema me enviarían las que faltaban. Al día siguiente me llegaron 22... y por fin, a la tercera, me llegaron las 2 que faltaban. En mi opinión el servicio no ha sido muy eficiente.

Buenas tardes, muchas gracias por su opinión, como bien sabe su pedido sufrió una incidencia con la agencia de transporte, en la que se rompió una de las cajas, de hay que se lo entregarán en 3 partes, 1 el
Miércoles con 9, otra el Jueves con las que e se salvaron y quedaron en buen estado, tras analizarlas el seguro de la agencia, y al día siguiente las 2 que sé rompieron, el menor tiempo posible para aclarar las inoportunas incidencias, un saludo
