Hola.Este último envio no ha sido de mi agrado, puesto que he tenido que esperar demasiado tiempo y el embalaje estaba en condiciones penosas, sucio ,como si hubiesen vertido aceite encima ,roto y la bolsa donde estaban los botes de jalea real estaba rota como si estuvieran hurgando el contenido. Supongo que el paquete que he recibido es el mismo que se había enviado mal. Siendo así deberían de controlar dicho embase antes de reembiarlo.De no saber que fue un error de envio lo hubiese devuelto.
Entiendo que un error en el envio lo puede tener cualquiera, pero lo que NO entiendo que cuando se descubre dicho error no se actúe con más celeridad.

Buenas tardes,

como hemos comentado por teléfono le pedimos disculpas por lo ocurrido, su envío lo mandaron por error la empresa de transporte INTEGRA 2 a otro destino, y han tardado algunos días en solventarlo, los paquetes han salido en perfecto estado de nuestras instalaciones como otras veces que le hemos enviado estos productos a usted, nos pondremos en contacto con la agencia de transporte para saber el porqué han manchado los paquetes, muchas gracias un saludo
