El diseño es bonito pero no lo recibí en buenas condiciones, no sé si debido a la mala manipulación del transportista o a qué es un producto muy frágil. Llegó la parte superior (copa) ya separada de la botella...

Buenos días, gracias por sus comentarios, a pesar de que ni la copa ni la botella estaban dañadas, le abonamos el importe de una de las botellas ( detalle que no vemos en el comentario) también le hicimos un video y una foto en le que se puede apreciar que la unión entre la botella y la copa es buena ( otro detalle que tampoco vemos comentado en su opinión ) no obstante tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios para seguir mejorando y poder ofrecer un mejor servicio y productos , un saludo

Muy rapido y fiable, buenos productos en su stock .debe competir un poco mas en tener gastos de envio a menor coste y cuidar su imagen en las cajas de envio. Poner una caja cualquiera para el envio, en mi opinion se puede mejorar.
