El producto está muy bien y el servicio inmejorable. La única pega es el embalaje... una caja de cartón que llegó bastante deteriorada y que no protegía los productos. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

a pesar de que me falto una botellita ya que se rompió todo fue excelente me llamaron antes de que llegara el pedido para informarme de que se rompiera alguna botella, hice la reclamacion en la tienda y sin problema ninguno. estoy esperando a que llegue que me imagino que llegara mañana..todo segun lo previsto.

El peor atención al cliente de todas las compras online.
El pedido fue entregado con casi un mes después de la fecha del pedido!! Después de pagar el servicio internacional y asegurarme que llegaría en tres o cuatro días laborables, con el desembolso de 27 euros por gastos de envío.
Una vez recibido faltaban dos de los productos por un valor de 20 euros . Después de contactar varias veces por email para intentar resolver el problema dejan de contactar y desaparecen!! INCREÍBLE !! No vuelvo a utilizar sus servicios. Abandono total al cliente.

Buenas tardes Santiago, estamos buscando una solución con la agencia de transporte que se lo enviamos, ya que no es usted nos dijo que le faltaba esa mercancía más de 7 días después de recibir el pedido, y la agencia no se quiere hacer responsable, los hemos abierto una disputa a través de Paypal, y nos darán la solución la próxima semana y le abonaremos el dinero de la mercancía que le falto a usted y la diferencia de precios del transporte, muchas gracias, un saludo
