El envio me tardo demasiado en llegar. Entiendo que la época de comuniones es complicada por el volumen de trabajo...pero tardo demasiado. El producto es muy bueno,pero una pequeña pega que veo es que aunque sea personalizable,las características del producto también deveria de venir.

En general buena pero no facilitaron seguimiento del envio para saber dia de entrega.
La comunicacion con la tienda, a traves del telefono fue regular, pues desconocian el contenido del pedido.

Tardaron más de 40 días en enviar el pedido después de muchas llamadas y encima cuado lo enviaron a mi dirección se lo volvieron a llevar porque decían que no estaba pagado hasta que lo comprobaron y otro día más en enviarlo. Un desastre de organización. Los productos bien pero llegaron después de mucha insistencia 2 dias antes del evento.

No tenian el producto que yo queria (crema de orujo) y me dijeron que me enviarian variedad de las cremas que tenian, y de 30 que pedí me enviaron 4 de crema catalana y el resto de crema de fresa y nata (color rosa) que imagino es lo que tenian alli que nadie queria. Es una pena pues el resto de las cosas han estado muy bien.
