La experiencia fenomenal. No pude completar el pedido por razones tecnicas y a la mañana siguiente me llamaron y lo tramitaron ellos por mi, todo facilidades. El paquete llegó a los 4-5 días muy bien protegido y los regalos, sobretodo el aceite y las botellitas de pata negra con paté, superaron mis expectativas. Gracias!

El pedido tardo muy poco, menos de 24h pero el embalaje de las cajas que pedí para los productos llegaron en una condicion penosa. Una de las cajas de casi 3,50€ llego totalmente aplastada y nada presentable y la otra tambien del mismo precio con un golpe en el centro. La empresa no proteje las cajas que yo pague 7€ Por ellas, es decir, solo ponen embalaje encima para el transportista en vez de cubrir con una caja grande las dos cajas y asi evitar que se lleven todos los golpes. Que decir del interior, los productos bien, pero el recubrimiento de paja excesivo dejo todos los productos llenos de una especie de serrin que a mi parecer no es de una cesta gourmet es mas bien del desvan de la abuela. Esas cestas eran para regalar y da vergüenza regalarlas asi, tuve que comprar otras cajas (aqui no, logicamente) ademas de limpiar todos los productos de serrin y no me hizo nada de gracia ya que algunos alimentos tenian todos los bordes llenos, aun estando envasados no me parece muy higienico y presentable. En conclusion, compraria otra vez algun producto pero nunca mas una cesta montada por ellos, porque yo he tenido que abrirlas, limpiarlas y cambiar las cajas para que tuviese un aspecto gourmet como el que presume la empresa y suerte que tuve de que me las enviaran antes a mi y no ha quien se las iba a regalar porque sino me la devuelve y con razon. Pague 7€ en cajas para tirarlas, para eso prefiero pagar un transporte de 15€ en otro sitio y que me embalen y protejan todo bien que no cuesta nada.

Compré jalea real fresca porque me dijeron que se mantendría la cadena de frío con un envoltorio especial, pero no fue así y el producto llegó en un plástico a temperatura ambiente. Por lo demás tengo que decir que la experiencia de compra fue muy buena, comprado a la tarde, recibido a la mañana siguiente.
