Servicio nefasto. Hice un pedido para que llegará expresamente el 14/02 y me aseguraron que así sería tanto por mail como por teléfono. No solo llegó un día antes sino que enviaron la caja equivocada. Hice una reclamación y ni si quiera me han contestado. No lo recomiendo

En el pedido tenían que haber venido 6 tazas que fueron las que encargué, me llegaron 5. Escribí dos correos a las diferentes cuentas que aparecen en la página web y aún sigo esperando respuesta y solución. Los productos en sí estaban bien pero a los correos ni caso y los productos vinieron en una caja de garrafas de aceite de oliva.
Un poco decepcionante.
