"He quedado muy insatisfecha con este segundo pedido realizado. Después de gestionar un pedido con varios días de antelación para poder recibirlo en una fecha concreta, pues se trataba de un regalo de cumpleaños, el mismo día de la fecha prevista de entrega se me informa que no se va a entregar por problemas con la mensajería. No se me informa hasta que yo pregunto por el estado del pedido... Solicito que ya que no se va a entregar en el día, se entregue por la tarde pues por la mañana no habrá nadie en el domicilio, no se hace así, si no que se entrega por la mañana y al no haber nadie se deja a otro vecino!!Por tanto el regalo llega con retraso y ni se entrega a su destinatario.Para ""compensar"" el tema del envío, se me incluyen unos botecitos de pringa, gran detalle...teniendo en cuenta que están caducados con fecha consumir preferentemente 11/14, que encima aparece tachada!!! Me parece una tomadura de pelo, sinceramente para eso no regaléis nada.Mala gestión y el tema del producto caducado, sin palabras.Mi primer pedido fue un acierto, con este, se ha perdido toda la buena opinión de vuestro servicio."
