El envío lamentable, creo que incluso se olvidaron. Llamé para reclamar y se puso una chica que no tenía ni idea, me contestó bastante mal, diciendo q no era culpa suya, sino de correos.
Menos mal que ya había hablado con Laura (creo q se llama así) que es la que me atendió cuando realicé mi pedido y pregunté por ella, enseguida que se puso al teléfono y lo solucionó, mi pedido salió 10’ mas tarde…

Numerosos pedidos salen de nuestras instalaciones a diario y aunque llevamos un control muy cercano de todos ellos, se trata de un hecho puntual la demora en la entrega en esta ocasión. Buenas tardes, pues la verdad es que ya que me preguntáis mi opinión os diré que muy descontenta.
El pedido me llegó dañado, os escribí para decíroslo y me pedisteis fotos del pedido, las cuales os envié, y aún estoy esperando vuestra respuesta. Era un regalo y al venir dañado no pude dárselo, asique tuve que comprar otra botella en otro sitio.
Sinceramente vuestro trato deja mucho que desear.

supo mal que no llegara en la fecha indicada del cumple debido a que como eran dos paquetes uno se quedó en la tienda de mensajeria y entonces lo enviaron todo al día siguiente. La empresa de mensajeria debería repasar bien el pedido antes de salir al reparto. Evidentemente no es culpa de la tienda.
