Si esos clavos son para que el sillon quede sujeto no cumplen su funcion, pq esta totalmente suelto. Si la silla se cae el sillon se sale.

Los clavos que comentas son grapas laterales que se insertan para que el asiento quede sujeto a la estructura de la trona, pero en ningún caso deben quedar a la vista ni al tacto. Agradecemos tu comentario para mejorar el producto, un saludo!

Efectivamente, en este pedido hemos tenido problemas con el envío debido a un "extravio" de la agencia. Por ello te pedimos disculpas, lo normal es que el tiempo de entrega sea de dos o tres dias desde el envío. Un saludo!
