La paleta está curada en su punto, muy buena de comer. Lamentablemente, al menos a nuestro juicio, está un poco salada, lo que impide apreciar el sabor del jamón verdadero.

El jamón esta bueno, tiene un sabor intenso y esta bien, no es excelso obviamente pero calidad precio esta bien. Me gusto que adjuntara el hueso cortado en rodajas y envasado al vació, el único negativo es que MRW se columpio un poco con el reparto y llego dos días después finde semana mediante, total 4 dias de retraso.

Ha sido mi 6 o 7 compra en Tienda Maruja. En esta ocasión me ha decepcionado, siempre compro el jamón poco graso y esta vez lo es bastante y además el corte es muy gordo, muy grueso.
