Probamos este tipo de jamón en un viaje por la alpujarra Granadina y nos encantó, ya de vuelta en casa decidimos comprar uno, llego en 2 dias y elegimos el normal y ha sido un acierto, se nota el proceso artesanal de secado, el jamón esta super apretado y el sabor es único. Lo volveremos a comprar sin duda!
