Lo había probado en una cata durante un viaje y visita al Pueblo, no recuerdo la tienda, pero si su buen sabor, nada que envidiar a cualquier jamón de sierra. Muy rico al paladar y buen aroma, loncheado correctamente.

Llevo consumiendo este productos una década y siempre ha estado a la altura de lo que he comprado. Me parece un uy buén producto y a toda la familia nos gusta tanto el punto de sal como la curación. Nunca hemos tenido ningún problema con ninguna pieza ni con los envíos.Sin duda, seguiré comprando.
