Está bien porque tiene un muy buena proporción entre carne y parte grasa, no como otros chorizos que los hacen solamente con grasa y colorante. Para mi gusto le falta picante, podrían crear uno como este pero con pimienta y pimentón picante para los que nos guste que el chorizo pique algo.
