La paleta ha venido con un porcentaje muy alto de grasa (entiendo que pese a que en la página se permite marcar que se desea con poca grasa esto es difícil de garantizar sin empezar la paleta ...) . Es por ello que no le doy la valoración máxima. El sabor excelente..
Penita lo de tanta grasa ... A ver la próxima ...

Tenía mis reservas. He vivido varios años en Mallorca y he comido la mejor sobrasada que existe, pero he de reconocer que me he llevado una grata sorpresa con esta sobrasada. No es comparable pero, para untar en el pan, está muy buena.

Por primera vez he comprado este jamón Ibérico de cebo de campo. Pedido cortado a cuchillo. Es muy muy bueno. En su punto de curación y sin sal. En adelante pediré este jamón, alternando con el de Trevelez 23 meses que también es muy bueno (y más económico).

En esta ocasión lo he pedido cortado a cuchillo. Vino perfectamente en bandejas envasadas al vacío. Y aparte los huesos cortados y una bolsa de trocitos de jamón. Todo perfectamente envasado. Para mi me merece la pena comprarlo ya cortado a cuchillo, porque resulta más bueno y se conserva mejor. Es buenísimo.
