Envio rápido, y la paleta excelente.
Pensé que me enviarían también los huesos como hicieron cuando compraba jamón, porque hacen un caldo buenísimo. Ese es el único “pero” que le pongo al pedido.

En trato fue muy bueno, llamé primero para consultar sobre un jamón. Vino al día siguiente. Elegí un jamón de trevélez de gama media, ni el de gama más baja ni el mas alto, pero vino demasiado crudo y con demasiada grasa. El próximo lo pediré más curado y sin grasa, ya que se puede elegir entre poca grasa, media y mucha. El de media sigue siendo demasiada grasa, he tenido que cortar y tirar demasiada cantidad, lo cual repercute al puedo y al precio . Así que me ha salido más caro
