Los jamones han salido sabrosos pero no con la textura de los anteriores de curación 30 meses. La grasa se pega un poco al paladar i la textura es màs seca, incluso un poco correosa al principio.
Nos gustaron màs los dos anteriores.

Es la segunda vez que pido este jamón. Esta muy rico aunque en esta ocasión ha venido un poquito más salado y tiene algún que otro trocito d esos blancos.
El embasado está genial pero no se por qué el paquete en el que vienen los huesos, en un par de días pierde el vacío (eso ya m sucedió en la anterior ocasión)
Igualmente, un jamón que merece la pena
