Envié dos correos electrónicos que no atendieron y tuve que llamar por teléfono.
El pedido llegó con días de retraso y los productos, que necesitan frío, estuvieron sometidos a temperaturas ambiente elevadas, y al abrir el envoltorio al vacío para consumir no estaban en las mejores condiciones, estaban muy resudados.
Hubiese sido justo y razonable una compensación al cliente por los inconvenientes.

Ya me he comido un sobre y está buenísimo. El jamón de trevelez es muy bueno.. Pero los salchichones los 2 fenomenales. Volveré a comprar seguro, ya que aquí en Valencia el embutido es muy flojo.
