Su innecesario color rojo al tratarse de longaniza, se debe al colorante E120 que se obtiene aplastando insectos de la familia de la Grana Cochinilla y parásitos de algunas especies de cactus. Deberían advertir esto.
Se la di a un vecino que tiene perro explicándole el motivo. No sé lo que habrá hecho con ella ni me importa.
El conservante E250 tiene una toxicidad alta.

En cuanto al sabor es lo esperado. Nada más abrirlo, el olor no engaña. Una delicia. Lástima que me tocó uno tan blando que parece más cercano a longaniza que a embutido curado.

MMMmm... está super bueno ¡¡¡¡¡ .. además que me da mucho juego para las comidas, bocadillos para los niños ya que esta cortadito, alcachofas, guisantes, croquetas.. en fin... nos encanta y ademas nos atienden con una amabilidad impresionante. Hemos comprado unas cuantas veces.

Mon comentaire? Schinken Gran Reserva Alvarez ganz? Ya no sé si responder, en francés, o, en alemán jajajajajajajaja por favor que no tenga que hacerlo en inglés.
Bon, il faut que je repond en français? ç´est drole quand même, je me rapelle plus comment qu´il faut faire.
Mejor voy a tirar de mis orígenes castellanos, puesto que de esa tierra soy, llevamos muchos años gastando vuestros jamones, antes enteros, ahora que "los niños" dejaron el nido, loncheados, y siempre contentos con el productos, y con las personas que nos atienden.

Poco puedo comentar sobre mi pedido pues el jamón cortado a cuchillo pedido el día 02 de Mayo lo he recibido ayer 08 de mayo, por la tarde, pese a que MRW, quien parece ser se encargaba del transporte, me informo el 03 de mayo que lo iba a recibir ese mismo día. Deplorable la información y actuación de MRW. El jamón espero en que sea como suele ser habitual bueno.
También he recibido el frasco de miel pedido y creo aconsejable que la etiqueta del mismo indiquen no solo PRODUCIDO EN ESPAÑA sino que para evitar malas interpretaciones sobre su origen poner también , por ejemplo, "COSECHADA EN ESPAÑA".
