Hola Inma, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.

Los productos eran tal y como esperaba salvo por la fragilidad de los marcasitios que llegaron 2 rotos y no pudimos encargar mas para reponerlos porque tardan 1 mes mas en enviarlos nuevamente. El resto de productos muy bonitos y de calidad. Tiempo de entrega no fue el estimado. Llegaron sin avisar de cuando llegarían finalmente en varios dias cada bulto. Cuando yo estaba de viaje no pude abrirlo en las 24h siguientes y no pude reclamarlos. La falta de respuesta ante consultas sobre cuando enviarían finalmente el pedido fueron muy frustrantes. Producto bueno, atención al cliente muy mejorable.

Ha llegado todo como esperaba!! Son precioso y un regalo muy bonito.
Yo lo usé para regalárselo a los novios para el día de firmar su boda y así estar presentes con ellos y les encantó🥰 a parte compré otro bolígrafo, en cada bolígrafo su nombre y en la caja el nombre de los dos.
