Pedí y pagué 11 lapices pero al dejar los nombres para grabarlos avisé a la empresa de que se había quedado bloqueada la web y no sabía ni los nombres que había grabado. No se pudo solucionar y me han llegado únicamente 10 lápices y la empresa no me da solución. el servicio postventa es malísimo.

Hola Nuria, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (desde noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.
