Hola Soledad, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.

Atención pésima, se dan el lujo de tratar a los clientes con la punta del pie. Le hice la consulta por wassap al ver su horario vi que no me iban a responder y realice la consulta por insta, que sorpresa la mía que me dice que no responde consultas duplicadas, le pido disculpas y le doy la explicación, a partir de hay se niega a atenderme. Le digo que bueno es que no me ha respondido por wassap, me responde para decirme que no me va atender, al insistir me dice que no haga más el ridículo. Que alegría que en los tiempos que estamos pueda rechazar una venta y tratar así a una clienta, sin palabras vaya.
