Hola, no estoy satisfecho con el servicio porque, por un lado, el violín venía sin las correas de mochila, por otro lado, el estuche presenta un defecto consistente en marca fruto de algun golpe que deforma la superficie con una hendidura y la barbada presenta unas pequeñas marcas. Todo lo detecté después de recoger en tienda y eso afecta a mi confianza en vosotros y en el trato que haya recibido el artículo. Las correas ya me habéis dicho que se quedarían fuera y que las puedo recoger en tienda (lo haré cuando vaya a Valencia porque vivo en Benissa). Pero, los desperfectos me los he comido y si bien son pequeños e irrelevantes, me disgusta regalar a mi hija, por reyes,un violín nuevo con defectos estéticos. Por otro lado el violín es perfecto para la finalidad que persigue, la iniciación en el instrumento. No iba a decir nada de los defectos pero ya que preguntáis...
