It was a lousy service both on the logistics side and customer support.
I had to wait from the 21st of March until yesterday (22nd of March) to be informed that my shoes were lost and I would get a refund (I didn't get it yet).
The customer support blamed the delivery company, but even if that is true, I don't care; enough time or better, too much time passed, and they could and should have sent another pair long ago!
