Llegaron muy rápido y son acorde a la descripción. Solo he probado una muestra y ha salido bien. Al no tener bobina se enredan bastante y son engorrosas de usar.

Nos gustaría indicar que la entrega se realizó en 72 horas tal y como se muestra en las opciones de envío, ya que el pedido fue realizado después de las 12:00.

El envío llegó tarde, tuve que comprar filamento en una gran superficie para poder llegar al pedido. Si necesito filamento con urgencia, no volveré a pedir en 3Dfils. Por lo que respecta a la calidad del material, pinta bien.

nuestra modalidad más lenta de envío tarda entre 24/72 horas dependiendo de la zona a la que se realice el envío, salvo que exista algún imprevisto durante el trayecto. Lamentamos si su envío ha sufrido una demora excesiva.

Anteriormente tuve un problema con el filamento, que tenia un alambre en el interior del filamento que me atascó al boquilla. 3Dfils rápidamente se puso en contacto conmigo para detectar de dónde venía el error y me compensaron con una bobina nueva. Rápidos y efectivos, todo el mundo puede tener un error, sus productos son de muy buena calidad precio y no dudare en volver a adquirir más en el futuro.

En anteriores compras todo super bien pero en esta compra me he encontrado un atasco del copon por culpa de un alambre dentro del filamento lo cual encuentro muy raro. Tuve que tirar la boquila de acero endurecido.

Es muy extraño esto que nos comentas ya que no hay ningún elemento parecido a un alambre cerca del entorno de producción. Aún así no descartamos que pueda haberse producido algún error. Es por ello que le invitamos a que nos contacte para tratar este asunto.
