Hola, os he comprado filamento y me gustaría poder seguir haciéndolo, por dos motivos:
1- El filamento es de calidad.
2- Sois una empresa española y tenemos que apostar por nuestras empresas, que lo hacéis igual de bien o mejor que las empresas extranjeras.

Hola Jorge,
las facturas se envían automáticamente con cada pedido. En su caso estábamos cambiando el servidor de correo y durante ese periodo de tiempo hubieron algunos fallos en el envío de mensajes.

Hola, debido al reciente traslado de la empresa a otra ubicación se ha visto alterado el normal funcionamiento de la empresa. Le pedimos disculpas por no haber atendido el teléfono, actualmente ya estamos funcionando con normalidad.

los colores muy vivos, funcionan de lujo en mi Impresora 3d, todo muy bien , salvo, la gestión del pedido en si, se pago por transferencia, un Jueves, el Viernes el dinero ya tendría que estar en vuestra cuenta, tarda 24 horas, no mas. con lo que el viernes podía salir, dando un margen, el Lunes podía salir, ¿Por que salió Miércoles?. O tenéis una gestión de pedidos muy mala ,o vuestro Banco es una basura, en ese caso deberíais cambiar de Banco.

debido al reciente traslado de la empresa a otra ubicación se ha visto alterado el normal funcionamiento de la empresa. Lamentamos el tiempo extra que haya tenido que esperar para que se procese su pedido. Actualmente ya estamos establecidos y todo vuelve a funcionar con normalidad.

Buenos días,
tal y como le comentamos hemos tenido problemas logísticos debido al cambio de ubicación de nuestras instalaciones. Finalmente aunque tarde si pudo recibir los filamentos.

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas, estamos trabajando para impedir que se produzcan más errores de este tipo en el futuro.
