La agencia con la qué ustedes trabajan un desastre y unos mentirosos
Ya se que soy un cliente pequeño pero de tres pedidos que les he realizado en dos he tenido problemas.
Nunca me había ocurrido con otras bodegas de la zona que había hecho pedidos

Hola Enrique, gracias por su comentario, le pedimos disculpas por el retraso en la entrega. Tal y como comentamos por teléfono, varios envios que se hicieron a Valencia esa misma semana se entregaron sin problemas y sin demoras de tiempo. Es cierto que en dos ocasiones han habido problemas y así lo hemos hecho saber a DHL. Esperemos que en futuras ocasiones la entrega sea sin demoras (que es lo que suele suceder en la gran mayoria de los envios).
